We are creating a superlative commercial complex with the development of the BusinessCity, situated in the dynamic city district of Polyfeld in Muttenz. The new BusinessCity at the Polyfeld site consists of three building complexes that are being completed in stages. Tenancy agreements can be arranged today.
Already 40% of building B1 have been let. The available floors two to six offer floorplans with usable space of up to 770 m². The large and generous spaces offer unparalleled flexibility.

Initial completed milestones in Polyfeld include the Rennbahnklinik, a modern sports treatment centre; the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland; and the Lutzertpark residential complex, inaugurated in 2016.
B1 is the first building to be completed. Six floors, all for commercial use.

Shortly before start of construction, 40% of the rental space on the ground and first floors of building B1 had already found tenants. The new and first tenant is Tschantré AG, which to date has had locations in Basel and Prattelen.
